• Mapping and optimization of value-chain for Bucher Hydraulics globally
• Work closely with division management and regional competence centers to identify and realize potentials for improvement in the regional and global value creation
• Execute value-stream projects jointly with the regional competence centers
• Key role to strengthen partnership and synergies between regional competence centers and to drive profitability
• Staff-function, reporting directly to Division President

Your skills

• Technical background with master degree
• Track record in optimizing global value chains for an industrial group with deep manufacturing and global supply
• English and preferable German speaking
• Teamplayer who can lead through value-creation
